Find Your Focus. Build Your Strength. Join Our Community.
A group coaching programme for men with ADHD — connect, take control, and grow alongside others who truly understand.
You don’t have to do it alone anymore
You’ve done well to get this far — but deep down, you know there’s more in you.
You’re ready to take back control, to stop getting lost in the noise, and to find real direction in your life.
Rise Together is our supportive community of men with ADHD who are ready to build focus, confidence, and momentum — one honest conversation at a time.
A Different Way Forward
ADHD doesn’t have to mean chaos.
When you understand how your brain works and connect with others who share the same journey, everything starts to shift.
This group is about finding balance — learning to work with your brain, not against it.
Together, we build systems, habits, and self-belief that last.

FAQ
-
Who is Rise Together designed for?
Rise Together is a coaching and support community for men with ADHD - whether you are diagnosed, undiagnosed, or exploring ADHD traits. It’s ideal for men looking for practical tools, shared understanding, and a safe space to talk openly about the challenges and strengths that come with ADHD.
-
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to join the group?
No. Many men join while they’re still exploring whether ADHD fits their experience. If you connect with the challenges described and want support, you are welcome.
-
What happens during each group session?
Every session includes a blend of guided ADHD coaching, group discussion, practical tools, and structured reflection. The focus is on helping men understand how ADHD shows up in real life and how to build wellbeing, consistency, and confidence. You choose how much you want to share - there is no pressure.
-
How many people are in the ADHD men’s group?
Numbers remain intentionally small (8-10) to create a calm, welcoming environment. A smaller group allows for meaningful conversation, personalised support, and a sense of connection that is often missing for men with ADHD.
-
What if I can’t attend every session?
Life with ADHD can be unpredictable. While attending live sessions provides the most value, missing one is completely fine. You’ll still have access to resources, support between sessions, and the Momentum Journal which helps you stay connected to the group’s progress.
-
Can I join if I feel anxious about group settings?
Yes. Many men feel nervous at first. The group is gentle, inclusive, and pressure-free. You can participate at your own pace, cameras on or off. Most members say they felt comfortable within the first ten minutes.
-
Where does the group meet?
All sessions are held online, making it accessible for men across the UK and beyond. You can join from home, work, or wherever feels comfortable.
-
How do I sign up for the ADHD men’s group?
You can join directly through the link on this page. Early spaces are limited to keep the group small and supportive, so booking early is recommended.
