Rethinking ADHD & Autism

Monthly in-person meetup

with Matthew Menzies

Fresh perspectives. Useful insights. Practical ideas.

Rethinking the way we understand ADHD and autism, with useful insights and practical ideas for everyday work and life.

This monthly Manchester meetup is open to adults with ADHD, autism or both, including those who are diagnosed, awaiting assessment or exploring whether they may be neurodivergent.

This is for you if you are navigating demanding work, relationships and responsibilities, and want to understand yourself better, find more sustainable ways forward and fulfil your potential.

On the second Tuesday of each month, Matthew Menzies will introduce a different topic and share fresh perspectives before facilitating a relaxed and thoughtful discussion. Matthew brings professional expertise, lived experience and structure, while recognising that each person is the expert in their own story.

You are welcome to listen, reflect and participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no pressure to speak publicly or share personal experiences.

The aim is for you to leave with a useful insight about yourself and at least one practical idea you can apply across work or everyday life.
