I’m Matthew Menzies — a Chartered Engineer turned Certified ADHD Coach.
After 20 years in high-pressure roles and a late ADHD diagnosis, I understand what it means to rebuild life on your own terms.
I founded ADHD Remapped to help others do the same — with coaching that’s practical, compassionate, and grounded in lived experience.
