FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who is The Group For?

Rise Together is for men who have ADHD or believe they may have ADHD and want support from people who genuinely understand the experience.

Many of the men who join feel capable and full of potential, but struggle with consistency, organization or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work and family life.

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?

No, you do not need a formal diagnosis. Many of our members are self-diagnosed or in the process of seeking a professional evaluation. If you resonate with the ADHD experience, you are welcome here.

What happens in a typical session?

Sessions typically include a check-in, a focused discussion on a specific ADHD-related challenge (like procrastination or emotional regulation), and a goal-setting portion for the week ahead.

How often does the group meet?

We meet once a week for 90 minutes. Consistency is key to building momentum and seeing real change in your life.

What if I feel nervous about joining?

It's completely normal to feel nervous! Most of our members felt the same way before their first session. Our group is built on a foundation of safety and non-judgment.

How many people are in the group?

We keep our groups small (usually 6-8 men) to ensure everyone has space to speak and receive personal attention from the coach.

How much does it cost?

Membership is £75 per month, which includes all weekly sessions and access to our private community chat.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, there are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time with no questions asked.

Do I need to speak during the sessions?

While we encourage participation, there's no pressure. You can contribute as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
